目的及时掌握地震灾区主要病媒生物密度动态,有效控制病媒生物,防止病媒生物性疾病的发生。方法采取目测法、鼠迹法等简便方法,定期开展蚊、蝇、鼠等主要病媒生物的密度监测,并在评价防治效果的基础上,及时采取并调整防治措施。结果除第一次鼠密度监测结果外,蚊、蝇、鼠密度呈逐步下降且趋于稳定的趋势,杀虫、灭鼠率呈逐步上升且趋于稳定的趋势。结论采取的密度监测方法较好的反映了地震灾区蚊、蝇、鼠等主要病媒生物密度的变化,具有很好的实用性;所采取的综合防治措施是可靠的,有效地控制了灾后病媒生物疾病的发生与传播。
Objective To grasp the dynamics of major vector bio-organisms in earthquake-stricken areas in time and effectively control vectors and prevent the occurrence of vector-borne diseases. Methods By simple methods such as visual inspection and mouse trace, the density of major vectors such as mosquitoes, flies and mice were regularly monitored. Based on the evaluation of the control effect, measures were taken and adjusted in time. Results In addition to the results of the first monitoring of rodent density, the mosquitoes, flies and rat densities tended to decline gradually and tended to be stable. Insecticide and rodent control rates tended to rise gradually and tended to be stable. Conclusion The method of density monitoring is a good method to reflect the changes of the density of major vectors such as mosquitoes, flies and mice in the earthquake-stricken areas and has good practicability. The comprehensive prevention and cure measures adopted are reliable and effective measures to control post-disaster Occurrence and spread of vector diseases.
