为预防苗期病害,播种前应对种子进行消毒,现将常用方法简介如下: 1.恒温浸种 将番茄种子用纱布包好,连同纱布一起在50℃的水中浸25分钟,然后用温水冲洗。在浸种消毒过程中,水温要保持恒定,水温降低时可注入热水,恒温浸种兼有烫种作用。 2.变温浸种 将番茄种子在50℃水中浸10分钟,再将其浸入55℃水中5分钟,然后再浸入冷水中进行降温。
