我科以BM 828+化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤并胸腹水12例进行了观察并与单纯化疗组11例就其临床疗效、副作用等进行了对照分析。观察组取得较好的临床疗效、无骨髓抑制发生,虽部分患者有轻度发热和周身不适感但均可自行恢复。
In our department, BM 828+ chemotherapy was used to treat 12 patients with advanced malignant tumors and pleural effusion and ascites. The clinical efficacy and side effects of 11 patients in the chemotherapy alone group were compared and analyzed. The observation group achieved good clinical curative effect and no bone marrow suppression occurred. Although some patients had slight fever and whole body discomfort, they could recover spontaneously.
