在钢结构制作加工时,构件中不利的残余应力会直接导致构件出现变形、裂缝等缺陷。残余应力除了会影响钢构件的稳定性、疲劳强度以及抗应力腐蚀能力外,还会影响钢构件的使用年限和安全。首创丽泽工程的十字柱截面尺寸较小,板材较厚,焊接过程中极易产生焊接变形,通过分析十字柱产生焊接变形的原因,从坡口形式、焊接顺序、焊后校正等措施入手,对钢结构焊接变形的控制方法进行了探讨。
