《中国制造2025》的发布,标志着我国正致力于建设制造业强国,这就需要提升制造业的整体竞争力.而目前,我国很多产业链的上下游未能形成合力,对产业产品的认识理解不一致、标准不一致、服务不一致,往往导致产业价值传导较低甚至断裂.同时,我国高等职业教育也面临由大到强的发展瓶颈,服务产业发展的能力还比较欠缺.为此,职教与产业基于全价值链的合作,为整个产业打造共同的价值文化,定制培养人才,统一产品标准,是我国产教融合、校企合作发展的必然趋势,实现这种合作的最好形式就是建立“1+1+N”校企战略联盟.
