目的:探讨飞秒激光制作角膜瓣的lasik术的临床疗效。方法:520例患者(1028只眼),术前分别进行常规检查,包括屈光度,角膜曲率、散瞳眼前节、屈光间质、眼底超声角膜厚度测量,Orbscan-Ⅱ、波前像差仪检查,采用美国Intra-LaseFS30飞秒激光制作角膜瓣和美国VISX-S4准分子激光治疗仪进行近视矫正。结果:术后第1天,裸眼视力达到术前最佳矫正视力820只眼,占80%;术后1周达术前最佳矫正视力1008只眼,占98.5%;1月后516只眼超过术前最佳矫正视力1行以上,占50.18%。结论:飞秒激光制瓣lasik更加安全,精确度更高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of lasik technique for making corneal flap by femtosecond laser. Methods: 520 patients (1028 eyes) underwent preoperative routine examinations, including refraction, corneal curvature, anterior segment of mydriasis, refractive mesenchyme, ocular fundus corneal thickness measurement, Orbscan-Ⅱ, wavefront aberrometry , Using the United States Intra-LaseFS30 femtosecond laser flap and the United States VISX-S4 excimer laser treatment instrument for myopia correction. Results: On the first day after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity reached 820 eyes with preoperative best corrected visual acuity (80%).
