肺心病与冠心病都是中老年常见的心脏病。二者并存的机会较多,如北京朝阳医院137例肺心病中合并冠心病者占21.9％,内蒙古医院98例肺心病中合并冠心病者占7.04％,Regstona尸检中发现二病并存者占70％。肺心病合并冠心病时,病情复杂诊断比较困难,我们对二年来(1974年—1975年)临床诊断肺心病合并冠心病24例的有关临床资料进行分析并重点讨论其诊断问题。
