也许是近年关吧,几家企业老总不约而同地说到费用控制的苦恼。大家的解决方案也是八仙过海,有些寄希望于外来团队,有些寄希望于最新的IT管理系统……其实你可以想象,这些解决方案都不会非常理想——至少达不到老板本人的预期。于是,我们策划了本期封面选题《费用:手中之剑,背后之刺》,寓意着费用使用的两种不同的结果——剑,或者刺。掩卷沉思:无论从制度层面还是从实操层面的解读,也许都无法称得上终极解决方案!恐怕解决这个经典命题的根源,还是——人!寄希望于通过科技来精确控制每一分费用的人、把审批权完全下放的人,基本是二分法的信徒。而中国的文化是很排斥二分法的,“非好即坏,非黑即白”向来不是普世的标准。现实基本是:黑中有白,白中有黑,黑白皆可。所以,从来也不要把从事
