目的:观察蜘蛛香提取物对惊厥小鼠的抗惊厥作用。方法:采用腹腔注射戊四氮(PTZ)建立小鼠惊厥模型,用蜘蛛香乙醇提取物进行抗惊厥治疗,观察蜘蛛香对惊厥小鼠的行为学及脑组织氨基酸类神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和甘氨酸(Gly)含量的影响。结果:行为学观察表明,蜘蛛香提取物对小鼠惊厥潜伏期有一定延长作用、对惊厥率的发生无明显影响,但高剂量组能明显降低惊厥小鼠的死亡率。与模型对照组比较,蜘蛛香提取物还可显著提高脑组织GABA的含量。结论:蜘蛛香提取物对小鼠惊厥潜伏期有一定延长作用,可明显降低惊厥小鼠的死亡率,作用机制可能和升高脑组织抑制性神经递质GABA含量有关。
Objective: To observe the anticonvulsant effect of spider incense extract on convulsive mice. Methods: The model of convulsion in mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazol (PTZ). Anticonvulsant treatment was induced by ethanol extracts of Spider Bark and the effects of spider incense on the behavior of convulsant mice and the content of amino acid neurotransmitter γ- Acid (GABA) and glycine (Gly) content. Results: Behavioral observation showed that Spider Fragrant extract could prolong the latent period of convulsion in mice and had no effect on the incidence of convulsions. However, the high dose group could significantly reduce the mortality of convulsions in mice. Compared with the model control group, spider incense extract can significantly improve the brain tissue GABA content. Conclusion: Spider incense extract can prolong the latent period of convulsion in mice and reduce the mortality of convulsions in mice significantly. The mechanism may be related to increasing the content of GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter in brain tissues.
