目的 探讨持续光照下大鼠免疫功能的改变以及褪黑素对其的作用。方法 将 32只大鼠随机分为正常光照组、持续光照组、持续光照加腹腔注射生理盐水组和持续光照加腹腔注射褪黑素组 ,持续光照时间为 4天 ,分别测定白细胞数、淋巴细胞转化率和中性粒细胞的吞噬功能。结果 持续光照后 ,大鼠三项免疫功能指标均下降 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,褪黑素 10 μg/kg腹腔注射后 ,大鼠三项免疫功能指标得到恢复。 结论 褪黑素具有增强免疫和保护机体的抗应激作用
Objective To investigate the changes of immune function in rats under continuous light and the effect of melatonin on it. Methods Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into normal light group, continuous light group, continuous light plus intraperitoneal injection of normal saline and continuous light plus intraperitoneal injection of melatonin for 4 days. The number of white blood cells, lymphocytes Conversion and neutrophil phagocytosis. Results After three weeks of continuous light exposure, all the three immune function indexes of rats decreased (P <0.05-0.01). After the intraperitoneal injection of 10 μg / kg of melatonin, the three immune function indexes of rats recovered. Conclusion Melatonin can enhance the immunity and protect the body against stress
