搭建了用于验证辐射式TPS热防护有效性的试验平台,该平台不仅可以准确地模拟辐射式TPS外表面的气动加热,而且可以模拟其服役过程中的内外高空低气压环境,从而能比较准确地测试出辐射式TPS服役过程中底层结构的热响应,为判定辐射式TPS热防护的有效性提供试验依据。同时对典型的辐射式TPS试验件进行了热防护有效性的验证试验,试验结果表明其热防护效果明显有效。
A test platform was set up to validate the effectiveness of radiant TPS thermal protection. The platform can not only accurately simulate the aerodynamic heating of the outer surface of radiant TPS, but also simulate the high and low altitude internal and external air environment during its service so as to be more accurate The thermal response of the bottom structure during the radiating TPS service was tested to provide a test basis for judging the effectiveness of radiant TPS thermal protection. At the same time, a typical radiation-proof TPS test piece was tested for the effectiveness of thermal protection. The test results show that the thermal protection effect is obvious and effective.
