应用β阻滞剂纳多洛尔时电生理研究的预测意义

本文报告作者用电生理研究评价β阻滞剂治疗持续性室性心律失常疗效的经验。研究对象包括60例持续性复发性单形性室性心动过速(VT)的患者。所有患者在应用β阻滞剂前先进行电生理测试并能诱发持续性单形性 VT。60例中男55例,女5例,平均年龄51±11岁。冠心病43例,扩张性心肌病12例,主动脉瓣膜病1例,原发性右室发育不全3例,正常1例。47例 VT 临床类型为右束支传导阻滞型,12例为左束支传导阻滞型,不确定1例。心动过速周期长度为286±17ms,仅6例运动中自发心动过速。51 This article reports the authors evaluate the efficacy of beta blockers in the treatment of persistent ventricular arrhythmias by electrophysiological studies. The study included 60 patients with persistent recurrent monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (VT). All patients underwent electrophysiological testing prior to the use of beta blockers and were able to induce persistent monomorphic VT. There were 55 males and 5 females in 60 cases, with an average age of 51 ± 11 years. 43 cases of coronary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy in 12 cases, 1 case of valvular aortic disease, 3 cases of primary right ventricular dysplasia, normal in 1 case. 47 cases of VT type of right bundle branch block, 12 cases of left bundle branch block type, uncertain in 1 case. Tachycardia cycle length of 286 ± 17ms, only 6 cases of spontaneous tachycardia during exercise. 51
