为了开发利用武夷山丰富的种质资源,对岭下兰、素心兰、红孩儿、玉观音4个武夷单枞进行植物学性状观察和主要生化成分测定分析,结果表明:岭下兰、素心兰、玉观音、红孩儿均为灌木型、小叶类,除了红孩儿树姿直立,其他的为半开张,岭下兰叶片为长椭圆形、其他的叶片为椭圆形。4个单枞中,水浸出物含量最高为素心兰的第一叶,达42.47%,玉观音嫩茎含量最低,为19.58%;茶多酚含量最高为玉观音第一叶,达26.20%,最低为其嫩茎,为6.92%;咖啡碱含量最高素心兰第一叶,达4.14%,红孩儿的嫩茎最低,为0.58%;氨基酸含量最高为岭下兰的第一叶和第二叶,都是2.73%,其嫩茎含量最低,为1.33%。
In order to exploit the abundant germplasm resources in Wuyishan, botanical traits and major biochemical components of four plants were observed and analyzed in Lingxialan, Suxinlan, Honghe, Yuguanyin.
