探讨再结晶退火和正火对16Mn钢晶粒形貌的影响。结果表明,560℃再结晶退火,保温15 min和860℃正火,保温12 min时,16Mn钢晶粒的等轴化效果较好。在本研究中,正火引起16Mn钢晶粒等轴化的效果较再结晶退火明显。
The effects of recrystallization annealing and normalizing on the grain morphology of 16Mn steel were investigated. The results show that the equiaxed effect of 16Mn steel grain is better when recrystallization annealing at 560 ℃, holding at 15 min and normalizing at 860 ℃ for 12 min. In the present study, the effect of normalizing the equiaxed grains of 16Mn steel is more obvious than recrystallization annealing.
