古人说:“教者也,长善而救其失也。”“责子十过,不如奖子一长。”这些话都告诉我们:教育的艺术是善于激励。在日常教学及班级管理中,班主任如果能恰当地运用激励手段,对于班级的良性发展是大有好处的。
The ancients said: “The teacher also, good and save its loss. ” “Defend ten, not as good as a winner.” These words tell us: the art of education is good at motivating.
