本文认为,技术创新是商品经济条件下企业发展的内在动力,也是社会发展的巨大推动力。我国经济技术的发展之所以落后于后起的发达国家和某些发展中国家,一个重要的然而又没有引起人们足够重视的原因,在于企业缺乏强烈的创新意识和积极而卓有成效的创新行为。因此,欲推动我国技术进步和经济的迅速发展,关键在于强化企业的创新意识,激发企业的创新热情,提高企业技术创新的能力和创新行为的质量。为此,本文深入分析了我国在企业技术创新方面存在的问题及其产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的具体思路。
This article believes that technological innovation is the internal driving force for the development of enterprises under the conditions of commodity economy, and it is also a great impetus for social development. The reason why China’s economic and technological development lags behind the developed countries and some developing countries in the aftermath, an important but not attracting people’s attention is that companies lack a strong sense of innovation and positive and effective innovation. Therefore, in order to promote China’s technological progress and rapid economic development, the key lies in strengthening the company’s sense of innovation, stimulating the company’s enthusiasm for innovation, and improving the ability of technological innovation and the quality of innovation. For this reason, this article has in-depth analysis of China’s problems in enterprise technology innovation and its causes, and on this basis put forward specific ideas for solving problems.
