一、工作原理和结构 1.工作原理椭圆齿轮流量计是一种容积式流量计,其主要作用是积算(累计)液体的总流量,也可指示液体的瞬时流量。图1是其计量腔工作原理示意图,腔内有一对椭圆齿轮A、B。齿轮长轴端部与腔体内壁之间的间隙很小,是密封的。轮齿的啮合部分构成迷宫式密封,使液体不能直接从这些间隙通过。齿轮A、B把入口与出口之间的液体分开,当齿轮A、B位于图1a位置时,由于入口压力大于出口压力,齿轮A的表面压力对其轴线的总力矩是顺时针方向,齿轮B的表面压力对其轴线的总力矩为零。这时齿轮A为主动轮,
First, the working principle and structure 1. Working principle Elliptic gear flowmeter is a positive displacement flowmeter, its main role is to accumulate (total) the total flow of liquid, but also indicate the instantaneous flow of liquid. Figure 1 is the working principle of the metering chamber, the chamber has a pair of oval gears A, B. The gap between the gear’s long axis end and the cavity’s inner wall is small and sealed.
