应用电选法分选十字石和珍珠岩

在意大利撒丁岛的各种工业矿物中,珍珠岩矿物一直受到关注。然而由于其中含有十字石、少量云母和其它伴生矿物,因而防碍了珍珠岩矿石的开采。为了获得杂质含量尽可能少的珍珠岩产品,因此进行了系统的试验研究,以便探索应用不同选矿方法的可行性。本文论述了珍珠岩和十字石与不同物料接触时带电性质。在密闭室内,对离子轰击带电的电选法进行了试验,并对改变给矿粒度及周围环境参数的试验结果进行了讨论。试验结果证明了应用电选技术分选珍选岩与十字石的潜力。 Perlite minerals have been the subject of attention in various industrial minerals in Sardinia, Italy. However, due to its inclusion of albite, a small amount of mica and other associated minerals, thus preventing the exploitation of perlite ore. In order to obtain perlite products with as little impurities as possible, a systematic pilot study was conducted to explore the feasibility of applying different beneficiation methods. This article discusses the charging properties of perlite and cross-stone when contacted with different materials. In airtight chamber, ion bombardment electrification method was tested, and the test result of changing the particle size and the surrounding environment parameters was discussed. The test results demonstrate the potential of using electrowinning techniques to separate trellis and scoria.
