世界经济全球化的发展趋势给中国企业带来巨大的发展空间,我国通过实施“走出去”战略,鼓励企业在更高范围和更大层次上参与国际经济技术合作与战争,使其充分利用国际国内两个市场。企业竞争力的增强离不开核心竞争力的构建。在经济全球化环境下企业核心竞争力的构建有其理论依据和特点。本文依据核心竞争力理论和比较优势理论,结合中国企业的现状,针对全球化的经济环境下企业核心竞争力的构建提出几点建议。
The trend of global economic globalization has given tremendous room for development for Chinese enterprises. Through implementing the strategy of “going global”, our country encourages enterprises to participate in international economic and technological cooperation and wars on a higher scope and at a larger level, making full use of international Two domestic markets. Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises can not do without the building of core competitiveness. In the economic globalization environment, the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises has its theoretical basis and characteristics. Based on the theory of core competence and comparative advantage, this article combined with the current situation of Chinese enterprises, put forward some suggestions for the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises in the globalized economic environment.
