Under the coordination of the relevant engineering department, prefabrication plant and scientific research institute, the Design Office of the Third Navigation Engineering Bureau under the Ministry of Communications carried out the superstructure reform of the piled wharf in combination with the design of the deepwater berth in Shanghai Bailianjing.
