见到《机械工人》(热加工)1984年第1期刊登的湖北机械研究所关于“采用珍珠岩代替稻草灰作铁水保温集渣剂”的报道后,我们立即着进行了试验,随后纳入生产工艺。在生产实践中,我们体会到这一新工艺确实应当大力推广,湖北机械研究所的文章中谈到的几点优点我们在生产过程中都得到了证实,工人和工程技术人员对此都感到满意。这里着重谈一谈我们在使用过程中的一些体会。一、我车间铸铁件出废品的一大半是由于夹渣造成的,因为使用稻草灰作保温集渣剂时,虽然稻草灰有着较好的流动性,但是集渣和烧结性较差,
