在当下高等教育体系中,法学专业实践教学开设课程虽然较多,但对教学的运行效果缺乏科学的评价体系,致使法科人才的培养在理论与实践之间难以进行有效的衔接和互动。突破评价体系的传统模式和固有瓶颈,需要构建科学多维的评价体系,以契合法学专业实践教学模式的改革需要。
In the current higher education system, there are many courses in law practice teaching, but there is no scientific evaluation system for the operation effect of teaching, which makes it difficult for the cultivation of law talents to effectively connect and interact between theory and practice. To break through the traditional model and inherent bottleneck of the evaluation system, we need to build a scientific and multidimensional evaluation system to meet the reform needs of the practical teaching mode of law major.
