金属零件的表面处理作业(镀锡、镀锌、镀铬、磷化等),长期以来,操作工人处于笨重的体力劳动和有害气体的包围之中,劳动强度大,生产效率低。如何解决问题,已引起人们的极大重视。根据零件的不同特点,有用挂具和滚具进行表面处理的不同方式。对于表面处理自动线,特别是机械系统的设计,如何同时适应这两种处理方式不太多。为此,本文对传动系统、结构性能、设计与调试等问题作如下介绍。
Surface treatment of metal parts (tin, galvanized, chrome, phosphating, etc.), for a long time, operators in the bulky manual labor and surrounded by harmful gases, labor-intensive, low productivity. How to solve the problem has aroused people’s great attention. According to the different characteristics of the parts, there are different ways of surface treatment with the use of hanger and roller. For the surface treatment of automatic lines, especially the mechanical system design, how to adapt to both treatment is not too much.
