作者选择HBsAg阴性母亲所生的2009名健康新生儿,按0、1、6月免疫程序接种重组乙型肝炎(HB)疫苗,10μg/剂。在第3针免疫后1个月采血,用ELISA检测抗-HBs水平。对无应答(<10mIU/ml)和低应答(10~40mIU/ml)者于第10~12个月再给予2剂重组HB疫苗(间隔30天)。同时评价了抗-HBs水平与抗风疹和破伤风免疫应答的关系。
The authors selected 2009 healthy newborns born to HBsAg-negative mothers and was vaccinated with the recombinant hepatitis B (HB) vaccine at 0, 1, and 6 months at 10 μg / dose.
