离子交换法已能用来从氰化物溶液中回收金。文中指出对金具有强吸附力但选择性低的强碱性离子交换树脂,不仅能回收贵金属,同时也能回收碱性氰化物,后者最终可以返回浸出。应用盐酸和硫脲的混合物,可以使贵金属和氰化物全部洗提出来。洗提铁是用2N NaCN溶液。从洗提和氰化物的分解中产生的氢氰酸与氢氧化钠溶液接触就能完全变成氰化钠。为了从硫脲洗提液中回收金,试验了铅的置换沉淀和金的电解沉淀。本文对于采用在矿浆中添加树脂以回收金的两种可能的处理方法进行了评述。
Ion exchange has been used to recover gold from cyanide solutions. It is pointed out that strongly basic ion exchange resins, which have a strong affinity for gold but low selectivity, not only recover precious metals, but also recover alkaline cyanide, which can eventually be returned to leaching. Application of a mixture of hydrochloric acid and thiourea, you can make all the precious metals and cyanide eluted. Iron is extracted with 2N NaCN solution. Hydrocyanic acid produced from the elution and cyanide decomposition can be completely converted to sodium cyanide by contacting with sodium hydroxide solution. In order to recover gold from thiourea eluents, lead displacement and gold electrowinning were tested. This article reviews the two possible treatments that add resin to the pulp to recover the gold.
