莜麦(裸燕麦),是我国内蒙与山西、河北北部地区的主要粮食作物之一;陕、甘、宁、云、贵、川,以及青海、新疆等省、区也有分布。莜麦是一种营养价值很高的粮食作物,籽粒中含有丰富的蛋白质(最高达21%以上)、脂肪(4.5%左右)和乙种维生素。莜麦的热能亦比较高,北方高寒山区群众素有吃莜麦“耐寒又耐饥”的说法。为了提高莜麦产量,各地在培育新品种的同时,积极引进国外优良品种。现将经试种后推广的两个莜麦品种简介如下: “永492”(又名“小465”、“蒙燕1号”、“73010”):原产法国,原名“Naprime”。六十年代后期引入我国。1970年起,经内蒙农
