目的探讨微血管成像技术探测颈动脉斑块内新生血管的价值,并与超声造影及动态增强磁共振灌注成像的结果进行对照分析。方法选取低回声斑块共94个,分别进行微血管成像及超声造影检查,其中18个行动态增强磁共振灌注成像检查。结果微血管成像与超声造影的结果呈现可靠的一致性,Kappa值=0.783。动态增强磁共振灌注成像与微血管成像技术检查的结果 Kappa值=0.538。结论微血管成像可探测斑块内新生血管以判断斑块的易损性,与超声造影及动态增强磁共振灌注成像的结果具有良好的一致性。
Objective To investigate the value of microvascular imaging in detection of neovascularization in carotid artery plaque and compare the results with contrast-enhanced ultrasound and dynamic contrast-enhanced MR perfusion imaging. Methods A total of 94 hypoechoic plaques were selected for microvascular imaging and contrast echocardiography. 18 of them were dynamically enhanced MR perfusion imaging. Results The results of microvascular imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed a reliable agreement with a Kappa value of 0.783. Kappa = 0.538 as a result of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR perfusion imaging and microvascular imaging. Conclusions Microvascular imaging can detect neovascularization in plaque so as to determine the vulnerability of plaque, which is in good agreement with the result of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance perfusion imaging.
