通过对简支边界条件、电压驱动下复合压电振子的振动分析 ,推导了复合压电振子的运动方程 ,从而导出了复合压电振子变形后所包围的体积即无阀压电泵的泵腔容积变化量的计算公式 ,分析了泵腔容积变化量与复合压电振子最大变形量之间的变化关系 ,给出了通过复合压电振子最大变形量来计算无阀压电泵泵腔容积变化量的计算式
The motion equation of the composite piezoelectric vibrator is deduced by analyzing the vibration of the composite piezoelectric vibrator under the condition of simple supported boundary conditions and voltage driving. The volume of the piezoelectric vibrator surrounded by the piezoelectric vibrator is deduced. The volume variation is calculated, and the relationship between the volume change of the pump cavity and the maximum deformation of the composite piezoelectric vibrator is analyzed.
