Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) and hepatocellular adenoma (HA) are both benign hepatocellular lesions, presenting mainly in women of childbearing age in non-cirrhotic, non-fibrotic livers. Simultaneous occur-rence of these two lesions is extremely rare.
