在两种不同土壤(马肝土和黑粘土)上采用盆栽法研究水稻对硅素养分的吸收特点。结果表明:基施硅肥后,水稻植株体内能被三氯乙酸浸提的硅(TCA-extractable Si)简称TCA-Si含量从分蘖期开始上升,拔节期达到高峰,孕穗期开始下降,抽穗期最低。无论在拔节期还是孕穗期追施硅肥后7—10天,植株体内TCA-Si含量均比追肥前提高1/3,进一步表明拔节期水稻吸收较多的硅,在孕穗期追施硅肥,也能为植株吸收。水稻功能叶片中TCA-Si含量大于茎杆中TCA-Si含量(分蘖期,前者是后者的1.56倍,而拔节期,是1.79倍),主茎功能叶片中TCA-Si含量又大于分蘖功能叶(前者是后者的1.28倍)
Potting was used to study the nutrient absorption characteristics of silicon in two different soils (Ma liver and black clay). The results showed that the content of TCA-extractable silicon (TCA-extractable Si) in rice plants increased from tillering stage, reaching the peak at jointing stage, decreasing at booting stage and heading stage lowest.
