  The worst year for the world economy has finally come to an end. After tiding over the crisis, China has emerged as the first country to regain its economic momentum. Now, having success-fully resumed a hastened growth rote, the Chinese Government feels an urgent need to adjust the economy to bring it onto a more sustainable track.
