本文介绍了当前国内外现代加工技术——微细加工的发展概况及发展趋势,从切削机理上分析了能量束加工与传统的机械传动、固体刀具切削加工的不同特点。着重探讨了在多种现代高技木密集的产业——宇航工业领域,广泛应用微细加工工艺的重要性。从当前国內外加工技术的发展趋势可以看出,现代加工技术的发展,主要表现在计算机应用,加工全过程的最佳化控制和微细加工技术的突破等三个方面,可见微细加工已经成为现代加工技术的重要支柱,是发展宇航事业不可缺少的重要技术基础。
This paper introduces the current domestic and international modern processing technology - the development of micro-processing and development trends, from the cutting mechanism analysis of the energy beam processing and the traditional mechanical transmission, solid-state cutting tool cutting different characteristics. It focuses on the importance of extensive use of microfabrication technology in many modern high-tech wood-intensive industries - aerospace industry.
