采用CSEM THT07-135高温摩擦试验机,研究了不同温度下碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料的摩擦磨损行为,重点考察了稀土改性对复合材料摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明;稀土改性处理可以提高复合材料在测试温度范围内的减摩耐磨性能.通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对纤维改性前后的形貌进行分析,发现稀土溶液对纤维表面具有一定的刻蚀作用,进而提高了其比表面积;通过XPS测试分析,发现改性后的碳纤维表面的O、N含量增加,从而提高了纤维表面的极性,最终提高了纤维与树脂间的界面结合强度和材料的耐磨性能.
The friction and wear behavior of carbon fiber reinforced polyimide composites at different temperatures were studied by CSEM THT07-135 high temperature friction tester. The effects of rare earth modification on the tribological properties of the composites were investigated emphatically. The results show that the modification of rare earth Can improve the friction and wear resistance of the composites in the test temperature range.The morphology of the fiber before and after modification was analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and it was found that the rare earth solution had a certain etching effect on the fiber surface, The specific surface area of the modified carbon fiber is increased. The XPS test results show that the content of O and N on the surface of the modified carbon fiber increases, thereby increasing the polarity of the fiber surface and finally improving the bonding strength between the fiber and the resin and the wear resistance of the material performance.
