随着现代企业制度的转型,人力资源的作用越加突出。加强对企业从上至下的创新培训理念,有效提升人力资源利用率。但是,企业规模和影响力的不同,企业培训模式也是大为不同,相当一些培训模式已经与社会经济的发展相脱轨,需要更新培训理念,对企业人力资源培训模式进行升级换代。本文以我国当代人力资源培训的现状分析为基础,结合笔者多年的煤炭行业人力资源的管理工作经验,希望提出一些对提升企业培训创新有一定帮助的建议。
With the transformation of modern enterprise system, the role of human resources becomes more and more prominent. Strengthen the concept of innovative training of top-down enterprises so as to effectively enhance the utilization rate of human resources. However, due to the different scale and influence of enterprises, the mode of enterprise training is also quite different. A considerable number of training modes have been derailed with the development of society and economy, and the training concept needs to be updated to upgrade the training mode of enterprise human resources. Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource training in our country and combining with the author’s years of management experience in human resources in the coal industry, this article hopes to put forward some suggestions to enhance the training innovation of enterprises.
