目的 :考察养正合剂对化疗及放疗的减毒作用。方法 :对实验小鼠血中白细胞、红细胞数 ,脾脏指数、胸腺指数及小鼠骨髓 DNA含量进行测定。对实验小鼠照射后的死亡率及死亡小鼠的平均存活时间进行测定。结果 :明显提高环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少及 DNA含量减少 ;明显提高 6 0 Co照射所致脾脏指数 ,胸腺指数及 DNA含量减少。显著降低实验动物的死亡率 ,显著延长存活时间。结论 :养正合剂对动物化疗有明显减毒作用 ,对放疗引起的损伤有明显保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the attenuating effect of Yangzheng Mixture on chemotherapy and radiotherapy. METHODS: The blood leukocytes, red blood cell counts, spleen index, thymus index and mouse bone marrow DNA content were measured in experimental mice. The mortality rate after irradiation of the experimental mice and the average survival time of the dead mice were measured. RESULTS: Significantly increased leukopenia and decreased DNA content caused by cyclophosphamide significantly increased spleen index, thymus index and DNA content caused by 60 Co irradiation. Significantly reduce the mortality of experimental animals and significantly prolong survival time. Conclusion: Yangzheng mixture has obvious attenuating effects on animal chemotherapy, and it has obvious protective effect on radiation-induced injury.
