本文是通过火力模型试验,对顶底复合吹炼法底吹不同气体(Ar、N_2、CO_2)时,钢中[N]含量的变化进行初步探讨,以寻求经济、合理的操作工艺。试验结果表明:全程采用Ar气搅拌,Ar气纯度为99.99%,铁水[N]含量为52~72ppm,供气强度为0.54~0.73标米~3/分·吨,终点钢中[N]含量为40ppm以下;用CO_2搅拌,当纯度为95%时,则终点钢中[N]含量为40~50ppm;采用N_2气搅拌,纯度为99.99%,则终点钢中[N]含量为90~100ppm,比LD法高40~50ppm。采用主吹期的56~68%的时间里用Ar置换N_2气操作,可使终点钢中[N]含量与全程用Ar气搅拌的结果相同。同时节省Ar气40~50%。
In this paper, the change of [N] content in steel under the blowing of different gases (Ar, N 2, CO 2) at the bottom and bottom by means of fire model test is explored in order to seek economical and reasonable operation process.
