在当前培训市场竞争激烈且无序的状况下,如何更能想企业之所想,则成为提升学校培训部门市场核心竞争力的关键。正是基于这一点,应重视对培训效果的评价。在评价机制的建立中,应包括评价目标和评价手段等两个要件。目标包括:针对企业需求的效果评价目标;针对机构供给的效果评价目标。在此基础上,应围绕企业部门方面、企业员工方面和培训机构方面展开手段构建。
Under the present situation of fierce competition and disorder in the training market, how to better understand what enterprises think is the key to enhancing the core competitiveness of the school training department. It is based on this point, we should attach importance to the evaluation of the training effect. In the establishment of the evaluation mechanism, the evaluation objectives and evaluation methods should include two elements.
