在国家对应用型技术技能型人才的迫切需求和国家对医药产业创新能力提出更高要求的背景下，本文结合国家政策和社会需求，以学生为中心，通过课程、教材和考核评价机制的改革，导师制的推行，强化产教融合药品研发训练，旨在探索基于药品研发技术服务的应用型人才培养模式，提高学生的药品研发技术服务的能力和素质，培养应用型的药学人才。","Combining with the national policy and social demand, this paper proposes the cultivation of high-level applied talents based on the technical service of drug research and development under the background of the countrys urgent demand for application-oriented technical talents and requirements for the innovation capability of the pharmaceutical industry. The talent training model is student-centered, carrying out the reforms of curriculum and teaching materials and evaluation mechanisms. The implementation of the tutor system and strengthening the industry-education integrated drug research and development training are aimed at exploring an application-oriented talent training mode on drug R&D technical services, improve the ability and quality of the students drug R&D technical services, and provide our country with applied pharmaceutical talents.
