陈幼华是武汉市新洲区法制办副主任,当地群众都称他是最值得信赖的“土记者”。30多年来,他痴心不改,笔耕不辍,凭着一片爱心和一身正气,把身边的不平事写成批评稿件,通过报刊和电台进行曝光,从而为老百姓解决了不少实际问题。他一直将自己的住宅电话、手机和BP机号公之于众,并郑重承诺:“如果您遇到不平事或麻烦事,可随时找我,无论风里雨里,无论白天夜晚,只要一个电话或一个传呼,我会立即赶来,为您打抱不平!”
Chen Youhua is the deputy director of the Legal Affairs Office of Xinzhou District in Wuhan. Local people all claim him to be the most trusted “native reporter.” For more than 30 years, he has foolishly changed his mind and kept abreast of times. With his love and his integrity, he wrote the criticism around the injustice and exposed it through the newspapers and radio stations, thus solving many practical problems for ordinary people. He has been his home phone, cell phone and BP number publicity, and solemnly promised: "If you encounter irregularities or troubles, feel free to find me, no matter the weather, no matter the day and night, as long as a phone or a Paging, I’ll be right there for you!
