丽江纳西族建筑文化是其民族文化体系中最具代表性的物化,也是最先形成文化经济化的类别。在生态文化、人文文化俱佳的旅游目的地投资开发旅游地产成为推动目标旅游城市经济发展的重要促进力量。近年来,丽江旅游地产项目勃发,传统的一般性观光旅游正向着休闲、体验式的文化旅游转变。本文以束河旅游地产为例,并将其细分为旅游景点、商务、度假、住宅地产四类,分析纳西族建筑文化与旅游、创意、科技等元素融合发展在束河旅游地产中的应用体现。
The architectural culture of Lijiang Naxi is the most representative materialization in its national culture system and the first one to form the cultural economy. Investing and developing tourism real estate in ecologically, culturally-rich and tourist destinations has become an important driving force for promoting the economic development of the target tourist cities. In recent years, Lijiang tourism real estate projects flourishing, the traditional general tourist travel is to leisure, experiential cultural tourism change. This paper takes Shuhe Tourism Estate as an example, and divides it into four categories: tourist attractions, commerce, vacation and residential real estate, and analyzes the application of the architectural culture of Naxi and the integration of elements of tourism, creativity, science and technology in the real estate of Shuhe Tourism reflect.
