随着绩效管理的概念逐步深入医疗行业,绩效管理的重要性及给医疗行业带来的益处也逐步受到医疗工作者的重视,构建绩效管理体系的工作成为了各大医院的重点工作之一,那么,如何构建医院的绩效管理体系呢?成为了很多学者讨论的焦点,专家学者也从不同的角度提出了相应的建议,但分析和研究的重点主要集中在绩效考核方面,并没有真正涉及到绩效分配方面的研究,因此,为达到符合国家新医改的要求,提高医院的实际运营水平,强化人员管理,保证医疗质量和服务质量,降低费用,同时调动全体员工的积极性的目的。本文将从另一个角度进行探析,即以激励为导向对医院绩效分配体系的构建与实施进行探析,供各方讨论。
