本文阐述模拟牺牲阳极阴极保护系统的一种数学方法,并解整个系统电位分布的基本方程。从而推导出电化学现象和热传导现象之间的数学相拟性,并为此种方法提供理论基础。这种方法模拟阴极金属与阳极金属的极化行为和电解质的电化学性能。采用有限元法,为表示基本方程和边界条件,系统地闸述一种电化学变分法原理。采用这种分析和对试验结果进行比较来解决论证问题。结论是这种方法是有效的和精确的,并建议推广应用这种方法。
This article describes a mathematical method of simulating a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system and resolves the basic equations for the potential distribution of the entire system. The mathematical similarity between the electrochemical phenomena and the heat conduction phenomenon is deduced and the theoretical basis for this method is provided. This method simulates the polarization behavior of the cathode and anode metals and the electrochemical performance of the electrolyte. Using finite element method, in order to represent the basic equations and boundary conditions, a systematic description of electrochemical variational principle. Use this analysis and compare the test results to solve the argument. The conclusion is that this method is effective and accurate, and suggests to promote the use of this method.
