研究了Al-1.42Li-2.41Cu-0.93Mg-0.073Zr-0.17Sc(wt%)合金在160℃和预变形(17%)+160℃不同时效时间下的室温拉伸性能。利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了合金的显微组织。结果表明:该合金具有较好的室温拉伸性能,合金主要强化相为δ′(Al_3Li)和δ′/β复合相。由于合金中同时加入Sc、Zr,尤其是添加了0.17wt%Sc导致大量的复合相出现(复合相粒径为24~32nm)。160℃时效前添加大预变形,可促使少量的S′相折出,改善含Sc铝锂合金的σ_b、σ_(0.2)。
The room temperature tensile properties of Al-1.42Li-2.41Cu-0.93Mg-0.073Zr-0.17Sc (wt%) alloy at different aging time of 160 ℃ and pre-deformation (17%) + 160 ℃ were studied. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the alloy has good tensile properties at room temperature, and the main strengthening phases are δ ’(Al_3Li) and δ’ / β phases. Due to the simultaneous addition of Sc and Zr into the alloy, especially the addition of 0.17 wt% Sc, a large amount of composite phase appeared (the composite phase particle size was 24-32 nm). The addition of large pre-deformation before aging at 160 ℃ can promote a small amount of S ’phase and improve the σ_b, σ_ (0.2) of the alloy containing Sc.
