目的探讨高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40(HSS40)对中枢性低血钠的治疗作用。方法23例中枢性低血钠患者每日氯化钠补充量为:生理需要量+2/3缺失量,折合HSS40 125~500 m l。对尿崩症患者,同时应用抗利尿激素(ADH)。结果23例病人,输注HSS40 3~5 d后,19例血钠达到正常(大于或等于135 mmol/l)。4例病人血钠较治疗前升高,但未达到正常值。治疗前后比较差异有显著统计学意义。结论高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40对中枢性低血钠具有治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 (HSS40) on central hyponatremia. Methods Twenty-three patients with central hyponatremia received daily sodium chloride supplementation of +2/3 of their physiological requirements, equivalent to 125-500 ml of HSS40. For patients with diabetes insipidus, concurrent use of anti-diuretic hormone (ADH). Results Twenty-three patients had normal serum sodium (> 135 mmol / l) after 3 to 5 days of HSS40 infusion. Serum sodium in 4 patients increased before treatment, but did not reach the normal value. Before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 has a therapeutic effect on central hyponatremia.
