深井测试对于及时发现和准确评价深部油藏具有重要意义,而深井测试的成功率和效果是通过深井测试管柱力学的研究来实现的。测试管柱力学研究应在分析井下工作条件和工艺特点的基础上,弄清井下管柱的工作状态及其变化,研究井筒内多相流分布规律,研究温度、压力变化引起的4种效应,进行测试管柱受力状态室内模拟试验,建立井下测试管柱综合力学模型,并在此基础上,确定适用于不同情况的力学分析和计算方法。
Deep well testing is of great importance to discovering and accurately evaluating deep reservoirs in time, while the success rate and effect of deep well testing are achieved through deep well testing of column mechanics. Based on the analysis of downhole working conditions and process characteristics, the working string and its variation should be clarified. The distribution of multiphase flow in the wellbore should be studied. Four effects caused by temperature and pressure changes should be studied. The simulation test of the stress state of the pipe string is carried out and the comprehensive mechanical model of the test pipe string is established. On this basis, the mechanical analysis and calculation methods applicable to different situations are determined.
