美托洛尔(metoprolol)为β肾上腺素受体阻滞药,其制剂酒石酸美托洛尔胶囊及倍他乐克片主治高心压、心绞痛等。血中美托洛尔测定方法多用HPLC法~([1-3])。本文设计一种简便易行的荧光分光光度法,测定了家兔灌胃倍他乐克混悬液及静注美托洛尔水溶液后的血药浓度,绘制了药时曲线,计算了药动学参数。1仪器与试药1.1仪器RF-540荧光分光光度计(日本岛津);82-1型电动离心机(江苏响水医疗器械厂);SK-1型快速混匀器
