人类疾病特别是职业病的防治科研中,常需掌握健康人某种组织或排泄物中某种生化生理指标或某种元素含量的正常范围,即正常值,此值的可靠性,除与实验设计、测定方法有关外,与所用的统计方法也有关系。作者感到,有关这方面的统计方法尚存在一些待解决的问题:(1)不管样本资料属何分布,统按为正态样品而设的方法去计算和推论。(2)通常遇到的是大样本的统计,许多现用的统计方法都不够简捷。(3)还未充分利用专业知识和数学原理去挖掘原始数据所可能提供的更为丰富和有用的线索。本文就正常
