2015年山西省化工行业经济运行总体保持平稳态势,但行业效益仍不乐观。全年实现主营业收入702.5亿元,同比下降12.0%;企业亏损额40.6亿元,增长17.6%。受国际原油价格持续下跌影响,煤化工行业主营业收入进一步降低,利润下降,产业链条短,产品附加值不高。不少企业出现融资难问题,面临资金链断裂危机。2016年,山西省煤化工调结构、去产能的压力仍然很大,随着新的环保法的实施,安全环保要求日益严格,煤化工产业发展仍面临严重的挑战。
In 2015, the economic operation of chemical industry in Shanxi Province remained stable overall, but the industry’s profit was still not optimistic. The main business income of the year was 70.25 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.0%; that of enterprises was 4.06 billion yuan, an increase of 17.6%. Affected by the continuous drop of international crude oil prices, coal chemical industry main business income to further reduce the profits, the industrial chain is short, the added value of the product is not high. Many companies appear difficult financing problems, facing the crisis of capital chain fracture. In 2016, due to the coal chemical industry restructuring in Shanxi Province, there is still a lot of pressure on capacity reduction. With the implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law, safety and environmental protection requirements have become increasingly stringent. The development of the coal chemical industry still faces serious challenges.
