作为一名在农村小学的英语教学岗位上工作七年有余的小学老师,七年来,我每年都是带两个五十余名学生的班级,仍然记得当教学质量达不到学校的要求时领导的焦虑和自己的无助,为此我曾经和其他老师做过很多次的研讨和交流,也多次去其他校区观摩学习过其他英语老师的课。无论是研讨的结果还是学习的收获,我们都认为要提高英语教学的质量,不仅要扎扎实实搞好教学工作,更重要的是要找出"如何使学生在有限的课堂时间内取得有
As a primary school teacher who has spent more than seven years in English teaching in rural primary schools, I have been teaching classes for more than 50 students every year for seven years. I still remember when the quality of teaching fails to meet the requirements of schools. Anxiety and helplessness. To this end, I have conducted many discussions and exchanges with other teachers. I also visited other campuses to observe other English teachers’ classes many times.
