目的探讨乳腺癌组织中ER、PR与C-erbB-2、Ki-67的表达及它们的相关性。方法采用免疫组化检测,对356例乳腺癌患者ER、PR、C-erbB-2及Ki-67的表达、临床病理特征以及它们的相关性进行回顾性分析。结果 ER、PR、C-erbB-2及Ki-67的表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织分级以及pTNM分期与C-erbB-2、Ki-67阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05);ER与PR表达呈显著正相关(r=0.655,P<0.05),C-erbB-2与Ki-67表达呈低度正相关(r=0.196,P<0.05);ER、PR与C-erbB-2、Ki-67的表达呈负相关(r=-0.323,r=-0.521,r=-0.302,r=-0.453,P<0.05)。结论 ER、PR与C-erbB-2、Ki-67的检测对乳腺癌的治疗选择和预后评估有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in 356 cases of breast cancer. The clinicopathological features and their correlations were retrospectively analyzed. Results The expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were correlated with the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the grade of breast cancer and pTNM staging and the positive expression of C-erbB- 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of ER and PR (r = 0.655, P <0.05), the positive correlation between the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki- The expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 was negatively correlated (r = -0.323, r = -0.521, r = -0.302, r = -0.453, P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 is of great significance for the treatment selection and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
